The Academics Committee reviews various educational opportunities for SVU, such as distance learning proposals, as well as appropriate requests for vascular technology.
Duties include:
- Assist committee in maintaining and updating materials primarily for educators to be made available to the SVU membership
- Review requests from educational accrediting agencies on standards updates and policy changes and make recommendations to SVU
- Participate in periodic phone conference calls
