Step 1
The SVU Conference will be held at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL. Currently this hotel is sold out for the conference. Additional hotels that attendees may consider include, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort which are both on the monorail and stops at the Contemporary. Please note, SVU has not arranged for a room block at these hotels, only at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Take advantage of advance purchase to skip the lines at Theme Park ticket windows and pre-plan your free time with
My Disney Experience to suit your individual agenda. Plan to make the most of your free time with Special Meeting/Convention Theme Park tickets.
FastPass+ is included with your Theme Park admission.
Step 3
Disney's Magical Express picks you up and takes you from
Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort hotel, while our
luggage service delivers your bags from the plane to your room. Reservations are required. We recommend you make your reservations at least 30 days in advance.
Step 4
Download the Conference App
Stay up to date with the latest program, select the exhibitors you want to visit first and network with others that are attending the conference. This app will be available late Summer 2017.
