We are excited that you are considering adding the SVU Annual Conference and Marketplace to your marketing plans for 2020. We encourage you to download the prospectus and reach out to us with any questions. We can customize any logo item you want, create new sponsorship opportunities and more. As an exhibitor, you will receive:
- Exhibitor-only coffee to start off each day
- Lunch, at no cost, each day in the exhibit hall, served before attendees break for lunch
- Opening night reception treats
- Depending on the size of your booth, at least one free conference registration, providing the CME to this staff member
- Pre and post list of attendees, including emails from those that chose to opt-in

Rise and Shine Session Breakfast Sessions
60 minutes to present and connect with attendees on a more personal level. We are only offering three spots on Friday morning.
What is your role? As the sponsoring company, you will be responsible for content creation, including speaker selection and model if necessary, as well as your product and bed for the model. In addition, the program for this session is in your hands. This is an excellent opportunity to create a session that will best showcase your product and educate attendees at the same time. We will be accepting session proposals on a first come, first awarded basis to ensure we don’t have duplicate topics.
What is SVU’s role? We will provide a hot breakfast (incentive for attendees to attend), AV resources including power, 40 inch monitor or projector/ screen. We will provide the room setup based on your needs.
Bag Insert
Get your name in the hands of the attendees even before the Marketplace opens up. Sponsors are responsible for receiving SVU approval, producing and shipping the bag insert and is limited to the item being a flyer or brochure. Additional bag inserts are available (such as pens, notebooks, etc), for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss.
Student and Technologist Educational Scholarships
Awarded to selected individuals based on submitted essay on why they want to attend the SVU 2020 Annual Conference. This scholarship will help with the costs associated with registering and traveling to the conference.

SVU 2020 Annual Conference & Exhibition Cancellation Penalties (Exhibit Booths & Sponsorship's)
Important Dates:
- April 1 - Last day to cancel and receive a refund minus the $300 cancellation processing fee.
- June 30 - Final booth and sponsorship payments (applications received after June 1 must be accompanied by full payment before space is assigned)
Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed on the exhibit floor at any time (including models). As a consideration to others, children are not permitted in SVU Annual Conference functions (including all educational sessions).
Please note, any outstanding invoices for exhibit booth space will be collected prior to delivering materials to your booth. Please be prepared onsite to pay the balance prior to setting up your booth.
*Please book your hotel through our online registration or through the reservation call. SVU is not using a third party to book the hotel rooms.
